The Nicarry Center offers art and child-centered therapy, God’s Closet clothing bank, the Children’s Garden, and houses the administrative offices for Children’s Aid Society. Referrals may be made by calling The Nicarry Center at 717-624-4461.

Leyre (Lady) Salazar

Leyre Salazar is a Family Advocate at the Frances Leiter Center and the Nicarry Center.  She has a bachelor’s degree in Human Services. She is a professional who always has the passion to help and advocate for others. Her experience in the health and educational department, customer service, and recruiting has given her the knowledge to understand people's needs and to accomplish her goal of helping others. Working as a team is necessary to enhance services with colleagues in order to continue strengthening people’s lives. One of her missions is, “To be committed to the welfare of people everyday with the help of clients, staff, and the community.” Leyre also enjoys and loves hiking, reading, running, and baking with her family.
