YCA - Youth Collaboration for Attendance

The goal of YCA is to empower students and their families to improve school attendance and offer an alternative to truancy fines. Youth Collaboration for Attendance serves grades 7 – age 18. Students must be referred by York City School District, Northeastern School District, or Red Lion Area School District. This is a voluntarily enroll.

Our Therapists

Stephanie Todoroff, MA  is a full time Art Therapist at the Lehman Center in York, PA.
Steph received her Master's degree in Counseling in Art Therapy from Edinboro University in August 2023. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from PA College of Art and Design in May of 2011. Steph's experiences include working with children, teens, young adults, and individuals with developmental disabilities

Veronica Gilman, MA  is a full-time Art Therapist at the Lehman Center in York, PA.
Steph received her Master's degree in Art Therapy from Marywood University in August 2024. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Illustration and Art Therapy at the University of the Arts in May of 2021.  Veronica has a background in trauma-informed outpatient and full-time emotional support school-based settings, where she has been fortunate to work with children, teens, and young adults from a variety of backgrounds.
